K&S Ventures Inc. was started by Sidney H. Blomberg Jr. in 1989 as a modest HVAC and mechanical contracting company. K&S soon gained notoriety in the local area by providing industry leading maintenance and building controls for the Avondale School District and several other local businesses. As the K&S brand grew so did the team. A one man operation quickly turned into a building full of people all devoted to providing the best service. K&S is now responsible for maintaining, servicing, and controlling a number of industry leading businesses.
